Wild Add Havlat After Losing Gaborik

AP - On the day Marian Gaborik left Minnesota for good, the Wild signed free-agent right wing Martin Havlat, as reported by the Associated Press.

Havlat, Chicago’s leading scorer last season with 77 points, signed a six-year deal late Wednesday night.

The Wild also signed free-agent defenseman Greg Zanon(notes) to a three-year contract. Zanon had seven goals and 19 assists in three-plus seasons with the Predators. [READ]
