AP - Patrick Roy denied being offered the Avalanche’s coaching job, a position currently held by Tony Granato.

The Denver Post reported Monday that Roy had received an offer and was thinking it over. The Avalanche declined comment on the report, which cited anonymous sources.

Roy is also GM of the Remparts. [READ]
