Walker, Canes Beat Bruins In Overtime

CBS Sports - Hurricanes right wing Scott Walker scored with a little more than a minute remaining in overtime of the team's deciding Game 7 against the Bruins.

Byron Bitz scored the first goal of the game for Carolina, but Boston rallied with scores by Rod Brind'Amour and Sergei Samsonov in the first and second period, respectively.

The Bruins' Milan Lucic then scored on a snap shot at the 6:16 mark of the third period to tie the game at two goals apiece.

Carolina's Cam Ward and Boston's Tim Thomas both made 34 saves on the night. [READ]
