Sharks Move Back Into First Place

AP - Joe Pavelski scored a goal early in the third period, Tom Cavanagh netted his first NHL goal, and the Sharks moved back into first place in the league standings with a 3-2 win over the Coyotes on Saturday night, according to an Associated Press report.

San Jose, with a franchise-record 109 points, jumped two points ahead of the Red Wings in the race for the Presidents’ Trophy. [READ]
