Rangers Haven't Been This Hot Since 1983

Andrew Perna/RealGM - The Rangers are undefeated through the their first four games this month, a mark they haven't reached since the 1983-84 season.

New York knocked off Philadelphia, 4-3, on Saturday night to improve to 4-0. That is their best start since they stormed out of the gates with a 5-0 record in October of 1983.

The Rangers will host the Devils on Monday as they look to extend their winning streak to kick off the 2008-09 season. [READ]
