Blackhawks' Kane Staying At Right Wing

Chicago Tribune - The Blackhawks will not move Patrick Kane to center and have made the decision to keep him at right wing this season.

Chicago moved Kane to center against the Wild on Friday night. The results weren't amazing, so he was shifted back to right wing.

"It would just take time, and I don't know if we have that time to do that right now," said Kane. "Understanding where to be in your own zone really takes some time and development to learn."

"We're trying things. It doesn't say it's going to work. We're going to try different things here in camp, people playing with different guys at different positions," coach Denis Savard said. "When it comes down to the last two or three [exhibitions], we're really going to bear down with what I want." [READ]
