Red Wings' Kopecky Undergoes Knee Surgery

yahoo.com - Red Wings' LW Tomas Kopecky underwent successful surgery to repair a torn ACL in his left knee on Tuesday, according to a Yahoo.com report .

The surgery was performed by Dr. William Clancy with Red Wings' team physician Dr. Douglas Plagens on hand.

Kopecky, who suffered the injury on April 3 against the Blue Jackets, will need four to six months to recover. [READ]
