| 11th March, 2008 - 9:04 pm |  yahoo.com - The Red Wings on Tuesday agreed to terms with Daniel Cleary on a new five-year contract, as reported by Yahoo.com.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but TSN of Canada is reporting the left wing will receive $14M over the length of the deal.
“We’re very pleased to have Dan continue as a member of the Red Wings for the next five years,” Detroit GM Ken Holland said. “He’s found a home with our team and city, and at 29 years of age, we feel he is just beginning to hit the prime of his career.”
