Bruins' Bergeron: ‘I Haven’t Done Much’

Boston Herald - When Patrice Bergeron attempted his first brief workout 16 days ago, it sparked speculation the Bruins' center might make rapid progress in his improvement from a severe concussion suffered in an Oct. 27 game against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Checking in with Bergeron yesterday, such progress obviously hasn’t come about.

“I haven’t done much,” Bergeron said. “I’ve tried to ride the bike three times now. I was up to seven minutes. I felt OK, but it wasn’t where we wanted it to be so we stopped. Now we’re just resting and seeing what happens. We don’t want to rush anything so for the last 3-4 days I’ve just been relaxing.” [READ]
